"Master tiles??"

I chose tiles for my shower

From master tiles they were very expensive halfway through the job I went to buy more tile adhesive only to be told I was using the wrong adhesive for the tiles I had chosen, the adhesive was bought at the same time as the tiles and recommend by the salesman! the staff were rude and dismissive I think they should have some knowledge of the product they are selling and pass on information I have also been told the tiles need to be sealed and this wasn't explained to me either I wish I'd just gone to B&Q!.
