The Grade II listed building was built around 1820, and has a pretty front garden from which you can see the sea.

Located in Kemp Town, it is close to everything you are likely to want to see and do in Brighton; the Pier and Royal Pavilion are 5 minutes away; the Conference Centre a 15 minute walk along the seafront; whilst a wide variety of bars, restaurants and clubs are close by.
