"Incompetent and aggressive"

Just had the most horrible experience. Awful scowling man 'served' me this morning but said 2 of my 5 parcels (click and drop) would 'not scan'. Claimed it was an issue with the Royal Mail and I must call them. So I went home and called them and they said they'd never heard of this as an issue, and additionally there were two simple solutions, which the horrible man never mentioned or carried out. I took the parcels back this pm and they went through just fine. I started to explain what had happened, expecting them to apologise for their mistake and totally wasting my time, but the awful man started shouting and shouting at me really aggressively - he kept shouting that he "didnt care what the Royal Mail said" over and over - he wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to say. I am shocked that this kind of person is working in retail, let alone representing the Post Office/Royal Mail. He should be ashamed. Wish I could put zero stars. Please do not support this business..
