"Bad customer service"

I fell on stairs in this restaurant carrying hot drinks obviously not intentionally only for the manager to raise his voice at me I was very upset as suffer from anxiety. I later found out that I am now barred for my behaviour? Is it acceptable to be barred for falling downstairs no alcohol was consumed and actually still got served breakfast after the incident so if my "behaviour" was bad wouldn't I have been excluded from the premises on that day? Very poor customer service by management and head office.
