"Countrywide are completely useless and disorganised."

I emailed Countrywide Lettings and asked them about the keys to the backdoor.

Turns out they have another set of keys at their Kemp town office which I suspect might have the backdoor keys on it.

When the previous tenants moved out, I had to get a gardener in to tidy the garden because they hadn't touched it. He would have needed to get out the backdoor so I guess this might be what happened to the keys.

Countrywide are completely useless and disorganised. Although I don't know why I'm surprised, they've been awful the whole time they were managing the property, and now they can't even be bothered to finish doing the job they were paid to do.

I don't know how they think we would have known that they still had keys! I was under the impression they had all be provided to you.

How many keys do you have for the front door? I think I gave Countrywide 3 sets.

I recommend calling Sam Stevens at the Countrywide Kemp town office and retrieve these additional keys.

Thanks.
